About Kara

Kara is a passionate coach, facilitator, and curriculum designer who’s built a career helping people grow into the leaders, change makers, and humans they’re meant to be. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and professional expertise in large-scale learning program design, leadership development, coaching, and change management, she brings both strategic insight and deeply intuitive guidance to every space she holds.
As the founder of PathForward, Kara blends science-backed methods with heart-centered delivery to support individuals and organizations in building purposeful, values-aligned growth. She is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Leadership Coach, Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, and holds a Certificate in Project Management from South Puget Sound Community College — all of which equip her to guide clients through both personal transformation and organizational system changes with clarity and confidence.
Rooted in her core values — Appreciation, Growth, and Connection — Kara designs powerful learning experiences, facilitates with authenticity, and builds communities where people are safe to be real, cultivate curiosity, and grow with confidence.
Her passion and expertise lie especially in supporting women to break through limiting beliefs, learn to lead with intention and authenticity, and bring their visions to life — unapologetically.

Ronna Martin

Ronna Martin is a passionate advocate, innovator, and change maker for women’s leadership development and wellness in the workplace.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Campbellsville University, and completed the National Institute of Corrections (NIC) Correctional Leadership Development (CLD) program in 2020. Additionally, she graduated from Louisville Metro Government’s Executive Fellows year-long leadership development program in 2019, as well as the Leadership Louisville Center’s Focus Louisville (FL) program in 2018.
She has played a key role in developing Louisville Metro Department of Corrections’ employee wellness program. And has become a national leader in corrections for her development and leadership of Louisville Metro Department of Corrections’ women’s leadership development initiative.
Amy Naylor

Amy is a speaker, facilitator, curiosity cultivator, and promoter of proximity. She is someone who disrupts the pull toward comfort and certainty, choosing instead to live, lead, and serve in ways that cultivate true flourishing. She values grace and truth in every interaction and is drawn to solutions that last—not just those that work. She believes that clarity about who we are shines a light on what we’re meant to do in the journey of becoming more Human Together.
Amy helps individuals and organizations shift from simply getting things done to creating impact that truly matters—starting from within. She offers clear insights and practical strategies that support whole-person wellness and meaningful action. Through facilitation, coaching, and collaboration, she empowers people to make intentional, bio-individual choices—casting daily “votes” for their most well-resourced, purpose-aligned selves.
